1. Right of Withdrawal

For eligible online purchases, consumers generally have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days of receiving the goods, without providing a reason. Certain statutory exceptions may apply.

2. Return Conditions

Returned products should be sent back without unnecessary delay and, where possible, in their original condition and packaging.

Customers are generally responsible for the direct cost of returning goods when exercising the statutory right of withdrawal, provided the required information about return costs was supplied before purchase.

Please package returned items securely to help prevent damage during transportation.

3. Refunds

Once a valid withdrawal has been received, we will process the refund in accordance with applicable law. Refunds are generally made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been agreed.

Under EU consumer rules, the trader generally reimburses the payments received, including applicable standard delivery charges, within 14 days of being informed of the withdrawal, subject to the conditions permitted by law.

Where permitted by law, the refund may be withheld until the returned goods have been received or evidence of their return has been provided.
